in Thimphu. And also the Biggest fortress in Bhutan, Trashichodzong on day 2.

Day 1: Paro Arrival, Drive to Thimphu
Once you arrive in Paro International Airport you will be received by the team from Bhutan TravelRouters. After that depeding on the time of arrival will
visit Paro Ta Dzong (watch tower) which is the National Museum of Bhutan, Paro Rinpung Dzong (Heap of Jewel)
used for administrative purpose and monastic bodies. After lunch will drive to Thimphu. Enroute will stop at
Tamchogang to see the Iron Chain Bridge that dates back to 15th century.
On reaching Thimphu will visit Folk Heritage Museums, a fascinating testimony of Bhutan's living traditions.
Painting school and the then will visit Trashichho dzong, the beautiful fortress which houses most of the
Government's office and King's Throne room. It is also the summer residence of Je Khenpo, the Chief Abbot.

Day 2: Thimphu Sightseeing, Drive to Paro
Today after breakfast will visit Memorial Chorten which was built by Her majesty Ashi Phuntsho Choden in memory of
her late son His majesty Jigme Dorji Wangchuk ("the father of modern Bhutan") the third king of Bhutan. Kuenselphodrang
where you can see largest buddha statue in Bhutan which is about 169 feet tall followed by Takin Reservation where
you will see Takin, the national animal of Bhutan and it is found only in himalayas. And also will visit Bhutan Post if you
want to make some personilised stamps. After lunch will visit Handicraft Market where you will see row of handi craft shops
which sells only the product from Bhutan. Then will visit Centenerary Famers Market/Vegetable Market if it is on weekend.
Then will continue to Paro. Evening stroll in Paro town. Night halt in Paro [Hotel/Farm House] depeding on your choice.
Day 3: Hike Taktshang(Tigers Nest)
Today will have a day hike to the sacred Taktsang Goenpa (tiger nest monastery) which was built on the rock face at 900 meters above the valley
floor. The history says guru Rinphoche during his second visit to Bhutan in 8th century have flew to the place riding on a tigress to subdue demon
Singye Samdrup and meditated here for three months. Later temporary ruler of Bhutan GyalsheTenzin Rabgay has built monastery in 16 century. It
one of the most highlighted holy site of the tourist as well it is a place where Bhutanese people belive they must visit once in their life time.
Todays dinner will be at Farm house and if you are interested can also take a traditional Hot Stone Bath.

Day 4: Drive to airport and Departure
Depending on your flight departure time early in the morning your guide will take you to airport to see you off onto your flight and wish you good
journey and Tashidelek(goodbye/good luck).
