Chimi Lhakhang which literally means Temple of No Dogs, is located on the hilltop of Mistsena Village. It was blessed by Lam Drukpa Kuenly who is also known as Devine Madman for his outrageous teaching; basically, he believes in Salvation Through Sex. Latter on his cousin brother Lam Ngawang Chogyel have constructed this temple in the late 15th century (1499).
This temple is also known as Temple of Fertility as it's believed that if the couple does not conceive a child, and if they come and pay respect here they will be gifted with a child. And also people visit this place to get the name of the newborns and the names that one gets are Kuenley be it first or last name.
To reach this place it's optional either to walk for 20 minutes through paddy field and village or can drive directly to the car park of the temple.

Entry Fee:Regional Tourists from India, Maldives, and Bangladesh have to buy entry tickets but other nationalities don't have to buy entry tickets but have to show visa clearance copies.

Inside the main figure is Lam Drukpa Kuenley, along with his brother Lama Ngawang Chogyel. And there are other statues of Buddha and Avalokiteshvara in 1000 eyes and 1000 hands form too. Just beside the shrine, you will see the Buddhist text which is wrapped by cloth piece, as usually, Buddhist scripts are in sheet not in the booklet. And on the walls, you will see the paintings that show some of the Lam Drukpa Kuenley's deeds
And also you can see the Phallus (Penis), just near the shrine that the lady has to carry and circumambulate 3 times if she is looking to conceive.
There is also a photo album with photos that were sent by foreigners who were blessed with children after visiting this temple.
