Brief about Institute of Arts and Crafts

It was started in 1997 and here the students are taught traditional arts and crafts. There are 13 arts and crafts in Bhutan and of which 6 are taught here and they are; Painting, Pottery, Sculpture, Wood curving, Lacquer work, and Embroidery.

It's just few minute's drive from town.
