Haa
Haa valley is about 3 hours drive from Paro vai beautiful chelela pass or vai Chuzom. It was open in 2004 for the tourist. There are not many hotels but a good number of farmhouses and homestays.
It's at the elevation of 2700 meters and shares a border with Tibet (China). Most of the people here depend on Yaks and Cattles and migrate to the lower part of the valley in winter. They grow buckwheat and barley as main crops. But the lower part of the district grows cardamom and oranges as cash crops.
